We have now had three weeks of rehearsals after our six week summer break and boy, is it good to be back. I'm loving getting to sing every week again and personally with my husband away it's great to see such a lovely group of woman each week. With a concert coming up on 15th October we have jumped straight into rehearsing our songs for the performances. We have been covering some of our old favourites like 'Lion King Medley' and ABBA's 'Thank you for the Music', as well as getting some new songs like 'Bridge over Troubled Water' performance ready.
We have also started rehearsing some new Christmas songs so that we have plenty of time to get them perfect for the festive season.
I would also like to say a massive thank you to all the new members that came along in the first couple of weeks. Hopefully you enjoyed singing as much as we do and we'll be seeing you again soon.
